The Service Provider is Paweł Neścior, contact: kontakt@pawelnescior.pl ("Service Provider").
The service enables clients of the PawelNescior.pl platform (companies and individual clients using services built on this platform) to connect their Instagram business account with their own website in order to automatically display photos from their Instagram profile.
After authorization, the Service connects to the Instagram Graph API only under the instagram_business_basic permission and retrieves basic account information and publicly published posts (photos and captions). The Service does not access private messages or comments. Details on data processing are described in the Privacy Policy .
The service may only be used by the person authorized to administer a given Instagram business account to display their own content on their own website. Use of the service requires acceptance of and compliance with the Meta Platform Terms and the Instagram API Terms of Use.
The User may independently and at any time delete all data downloaded from his Instagram account, without having to contact the Service Provider:
Log in to your website's administration panel.
Go to the "Integrations" section.
Click "Disconnect" in the "Instagram" section.
Disconnect immediately:
invalidates the access token for your Instagram account,
deletes the saved list of posts displayed on the page,
deletes all copied photos from Instagram stored in the Service Provider's infrastructure.
The user can withdraw consent on the Meta/Instagram side (disconnect the application from the account) by going to the settings of their Instagram account – the panel contains a link to this page.
If the user does not have access to the administration panel, they may submit a request to delete their data to the following address: kontakt@pawelnescior.pl - the request will be fulfilled immediately, no later than within 14 days.
The service is provided to the best of our ability, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. The Service Provider is not responsible for any interruptions resulting from the operation of the Meta/Instagram API.
The Service Provider is not responsible for any content posted by a user on Instagram or for the consequences of its display on the user's website. The Service is not in any way endorsed, promoted, or managed by Meta Platforms, Inc.
The Service Provider may change these regulations; the current version is always available at this address.
These terms and conditions are governed by Polish law. For service-related matters, please contact: kontakt@pawelnescior.pl
